Delete Your Account

Effective Date: June 11, 2026

You can permanently delete your BVB Connect account and personal data from inside the App or here without signing in. Deletion cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Account profile and location history
• Support messages and attached files
• Push notification tokens

Load assignment and delivery records may be retained as business records, but will no longer be linked to your driver login.
