Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 11, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BVB Connect mobile application and platform operated by BVB Express LLC (doing business as "BVB Freight", collectively "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of the United States
  • Hold a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or be otherwise authorized to operate commercial vehicles
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Not have had a BVB Connect account previously terminated for cause

2. Account Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account with any other person
  • Not create multiple accounts

3. Carrier Authorization

BVB Connect is intended for authorized motor carriers and their drivers. You agree that the carrier name and MC number associated with your account are accurate and that you are authorized to transport the loads assigned to you.

Providing false or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

4. Location Tracking

By enabling location tracking within the App, you expressly consent to the collection of your precise GPS location — including background location — for the purpose of tracking freight deliveries. You may stop tracking at any time by tapping "Stop Tracking" within the App.

Location data will only be collected while tracking is active. We do not collect location data passively without your explicit initiation.

5. SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and creating an account in BVB Connect, you expressly consent to receive operational SMS text messages from BVB Freight, including one-time authentication passcodes (OTP), load assignment details, GPS tracking links, dispatch updates, pickup/delivery reminders, and driver identity verification links.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your active freight load assignments.
  • Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS message. Upon opting out, you will receive an immediate confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent.
  • Customer Support: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at [email protected] or +1 (425) 459-1969.
  • Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: We respect your privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Misrepresent your location or tracking status
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Company, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen, or without signing in at https://id.bvbconnect.com/delete-account. Upon deletion, your access to the App will be immediately revoked and your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BVB FREIGHT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
